Job Description
We are looking for an extraordinary and very creative Marketing Lead, who would manage our marketing communication across different channels.
Your mission:
- Create engaging campaigns that spread Butopêa´s brand values among different organic channels (newsletters, facebook, instagram, pinterest..)
- Plan, organize and execute big marketing promotions ( f.e. Radio, TV advertisement, contests, referral programs)
- Organize campaigns with various influencers (blogger, vloggers, interior designers) to promote our brand
- Optimize proactively the marketing campaigns through better text or images, taking into account the ROI
- Analyze campaign performances in order to create best practices and improve the future ones
- Create together with the Front-end designer cutting-edge Landing pages to improve conversion rates on our SEM campaigns
- Test growth hacking strategies to increase the organic reach of Butopêa
Qualifications
Your profile for the beginning:
- You already had at least 2 years of experience in SEM or social-media marketing
- You speak and write fluently in Hungarian
- You are very creative and the interior design inspires you even more
- You are organized and can lead a project from the beginning till its execution
- You are good with figures, know how to use excel and have great analytical skills
- You are not scared of responsibilities and taking decisions
- You have good communication and project management skills
- You believe in our business model and see perspective in our products
- You write awesome short texts that catches the attention
- It is a plus if you have some knowledge in CSS and HTML

The job would be based at Budapest on the Buda side at Nyúl utca next to Széll Kálmán tér, with some occasional trips to our Warehouse in Göd.
